In a half-day Framing workshop session the client sets the focus, in a half-day Concept Development session the clients entire team develops with the AI expert first concepts, in a Tech Check the AI expert checks the data and IT system, a week later we have a 2-hour presentation about which concept to pursue with it’s rough cost and time frame for implementation, and if necessary we deliver an experience prototype to make the solution tangible and enable buy-in.
